    CARROTS AND VANILLA

A compote with sweet tones but the taste of carrots is strong. To be served with cow's milk cheeses, perhaps seasoned in hay, or with blue cheeses. Why not?! Also to fill some different breakfast or snack tarts than usual.

    PUMPKIN AND GINGER

    €4.00

The sweetness of the pumpkin and the strong taste of the ginger make it very versatile, in fact it lends itself to both savory and sweet combinations. To be placed on a cutting board with semi-mature and blue cheeses, or to fill biscuits and cakes.

    BISHOP CROWN CHILLIES

    €8.00

At the end of the season, when the Bishop Crown peppers no longer reach the end of ripeness, they are collected and ended up in jars. We usually leave only a slight spicy aftertaste by removing the seeds before cooking, so the delicate and sweetish flavor is predominant. Excellent served as an appetizer with aged cheeses, to be paired with a second course of pork or to surround an excellent roast goose.
